Limitation of Liability

Edflight Education or its suppliers/ vendors/ content providers/ partners will not be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Edflight Education Internet site, even if Edflight Education or a Edflight Education's’ authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Purchase of Edflight Education’s products or services may often be on a first-come-first-serve basis and may be limited by our bandwidth, class size etc. Edflight Education reserves the right to refuse a product or service to any user.
The dates, timing, instructors, advisors, content, materials, venue, student support system & processes, and other features of Edflight Education can be changed at any point of time at the sole discretion of Edflight Education without advance notice.
Edflight Education may discontinue any service or product it offers at any time without prior notice. In the event you still have a validity period for that product , Edflight Education reserves the right, at its sole discretion to offer you access to a similar product or service chosen entirely at its discretion
Switching between or transferring to another person access to the products or services is not permitted under any circumstances and is strictly prohibited. Violation of this clause will cause your license to be terminated forthwith and Edflight Education will not be required to make any refund under any circumstances
